Discharge & Soft Water Inks.
Dye-extracting discharge chemistry replacing textile color directly for a completely soft, breathable hand feel that never cracks or peels.
Engineered for unyielding quality and commercial repeatability.
Traditional plastisol prints can feel like a heavy, rubbery sticker on the chest on warm days. Discharge printing solves this through textile chemistry: activating agents strip the original dark dye from the cotton fiber and replace it with water-based pigment, leaving the printed area as soft and breathable as the bare shirt.
Backed by our parent manufacturing mill in Tirupur, we control every variable of the process — from the combed cotton yarn spin to automated flash-curing. This vertical control ensures Pantone color accuracy, zero edge bleed, and exceptional durability across thousands of units.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Why is 100% cotton mandatory for discharge printing?
Discharge activator chemistry only reacts with natural cellulose fibers (cotton) dyed with reactive dyes. Synthetic polyester fibers will not discharge, resulting in muted or uneven shades.
Is discharge printing safe for the skin?
Yes. We use modern ZFS (Zinc & Formaldehyde Free) eco-safe discharge chemistry complying with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements for skin contact.
Does discharge printing smell after production?
Freshly discharged shirts undergo a neutralising post-cure wash and softener rinse so the garment arrives clean, fresh, and ready to wear straight out of the box.
Can discharge print bright colors like white on black shirts?
Yes. High-opacity natural discharge white produces an authentic, vintage, ultra-soft chalky white that feels like pure unprinted cotton.
